Easy to Intermediate

Embark on an exhilarating motorcycle adventure with BMA adventure through the dizzyingly twisty roads that seamlessly blend increasing beauty with the narrowing proximity, until you find yourself on an empty road winding through the ideal Amador Back Country. Picture the breathtaking views of the Sierras unfolding before you, accompanied by the harmonious hum of finely tuned motorcycles, creating a symphony of exploration.

Your journey commences with the awe-inspiring Salt Springs Reservoir, a 141,900 acre-foot masterpiece sculpted by the imposing Salt Springs Dam on the North Fork of the Mokelumne River. This concrete-faced rock-fill dam, a towering sentinel standing at 332 feet, whispers tales of history as it watches over the landscape. The road leading to this reservoir is not merely a path; it's an exhilarating experience adorned with breathtaking views that evolve with every twist and turn.

Along the way we will pass majestic Hammer Dome, nestled in the Tuolumne Meadows area of Yosemite National Park. Positioned north of Cathedral Creek, this granite dome is often referred to as Half Dome's little brother, sharing a kinship in grandeur. Open climbing opportunities may treat you to the sight of intrepid adventurers scaling its heights, injecting an extra dose of excitement into your exploration.

As you navigate through the Amador Back Country, let the winding roads and scenic vistas become your companions, painting a canvas of adventure against the backdrop of the Sierras. BMA ADVENTURE invites you to ride through this ideal landscape, where the thrill of the journey is matched only by the unparalleled beauty of your surroundings. Get ready to experience the joy of the open road, the camaraderie of fellow riders, and the sheer magnificence of nature in the Sierras.
