Our journey will take us through a landscape that holds the echoes of the California Gold Rush, weaving through the stories of Dog Town, Coulterville, French Bar, and Mariposa
Dog Town, the site of the first gold rush on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, invites us to explore its rugged charm and witness the remnants of a bygone era. The tales of gold nuggets and the boom-and-bust cycles of Dog Town will transport us back to the excitement and challenges faced by the early miners.
Our journey will unfold the history of this once-booming town, revealing the allure that drew settlers seeking their fortunes during the Gold Rush.
